Robert E. Maul

       Robert E. Maul is a resident of the State of Michigan and has more than 40 years of business experience in sales and as an executive in the packaging industry. He is the founder, sole owner, chief executive officer and president of Complete Packaging, Inc. a full service packaging company making bulk containers for the domestic and export automotive industry, where he oversees all aspects of the business, including financial accounting and audit duties, cash flow and debt management, sales management, customer relations and human resource management for 75 employees. Mr. Maul attended Eastern Michigan University, where he studied business administration and economics and Wayne State University, where he studied applied management.

Everett J. Palmer II

       Mr. Everett J. Palmer II is a resident of the State of Florida and is an active private investor. Mr. Palmer was educated at Brown University and the University of Connecticut and is a holder of the chartered financial analyst (CFA) designation. He has a wide range of experience in corporate finance, in both the retail and institutional spheres, as well as in the area of corporate restructuring and "turn-around" management. After working as a registered investment adviser and an institutional trader, Mr. Palmer founded his own broker/dealer house where he managed over $200 million in equity. Mr. Palmer has previously served on the advisory boards of The Putnam Group, Franklin/Templeton Funds, State Street Bank and PLM-Logistics Company. In addition to his involvement with various charitable endeavours, he is active in the political realm and has served as co-chairman of a congressional campaign.

Heather-Ann Sinclair

       Heather Sinclair is a resident of the Province of Ontario and will serve as Healthtrac's Canadian resident director. She works for the Ontario Public Service Employees Union as a grievance coordinator. She has experience as an elected local government official, and has served as the chair of the finance and budget committees of the York Region Board of Education, serving nine municipalities within the region. Ms. Sinclair has diplomas in business administration and European studies and is bi-lingual in French and English. She has extensive business management and administrative experience as well as experience working with and lobbying all levels of government. Ms. Sinclair is no relation to the former president of the Corporation, Dr. Dennis Sinclair.
